How big is it?

We recommend hand washing this item, although you can stick it in the dishwasher if you're using a heat below 86 degrees. Since these mugs are non-porous and prevent that yucky brown buildup, a delicate wash is best for their delicate frame. Some believe this is because the bone china is non-porous and therefore doesn't absorb any of the flavors from the brew. So, if you're getting a cup, you may as well give the bone china a shot.
